30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after 30 days from the confirmed tracking delivery date will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Items: Products with manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit.
- Incorrect Items: Items received that do not match the order confirmation.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: Unused items returned due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or preference changes).
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, please ensure that:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be completely included.
- Items showing signs of use, installation, modification, or damage caused by the customer will not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@litecozy.com and provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect. Returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees and Labels
1. If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item):
- Return Shipping Cost: Free. We will cover the return shipping costs.
- Return Label: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email for you to download and print.
2. If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong item ordered, preference changes):
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
- Return Label: The customer must arrange the shipment and use a trackable shipping service at their own expense.
Restocking Fees
Litecozy.com charges $0.00 restocking fees. No fee will be charged to consumers for the return of any product.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received at our facility and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 1–3 business days and applied back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for your financial institution or credit card issuer to reflect the funds on your statement.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different models or variations. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are processed based on current product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled at no charge before the package has been shipped. Once an order has left our fulfillment center, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation after delivery.
- Items returned without prior authorization from our customer support team.
