Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return or refund. This includes manufacturing defects or any quality issues.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, we will facilitate a return or exchange.
Timeframe for Returns
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Once we assess your return request, we will provide a return address and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Conditions for Returns

The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and labels.

Items must not be used, washed, or damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 1–2 business days.
The refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
We clearly distinguish who is responsible for return shipping costs based on the reason for the return:
Our Error (Free Returns): If the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged items), Litecozy will cover the full return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Customer Reason (Buyer Pays): For returns initiated due to personal reasons (e.g., changing your mind, ordering the wrong product, size/color exchange), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Alpharetta, GA, USA.
International Customer Assistance: For customers located outside the United States who are returning items due to personal reasons, we understand the high cost of international shipping. To assist, we provide a $30 USD return shipping subsidy. This fixed amount will be deducted from your final refund to partially offset the cost of returning the item to our US warehouse.

Exchanges

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order before it has shipped, contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
