Conditions for Returns

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 1–2 business days.
The refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs

No return shipping fee for items returned due to an error on our part, such as incorrect, defective, or damaged items.

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., changing your mind, ordering the wrong product), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To assist with high international return shipping fees, we offer a $30 return shipping subsidy. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
