Shipping Origin Notice: To ensure efficient fulfillment and global availability, all orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched directly from our centralized fulfillment center in Asia.
Order Preparation Time
All orders are prepared within 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). This includes order processing, quality inspection, and production time.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) will generally begin preparation the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges, handling fees, or hidden costs applied at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Total delivery time is calculated by adding the order preparation time to the shipping transit time. All estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday).

However, depending on local import laws in your specific country or region, customs authorities may occasionally impose additional clearance fees or require specific documentation. The recipient is responsible for complying with these local import regulations.
Tracking Information
Once your package has been handed over to the international shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Please note that tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update on the carrier's portal after initial dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While we and our logistics partners strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, operational delays may occasionally occur due to international customs inspections, seasonal postal backlogs, severe weather conditions, or unexpected carrier transit issues.
